Please let us know if you have any problems with Opal Transfer services. You can always call, write an email or speak to us in person to improve things. We will do our best to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
If you decide to complain about payments from the UK, you can email us by submitting your complaint request at manager@opaltransfer.com and payments within EEA to info@opaltransfer.com. Your complaint or issue will be presented to a more senior company representative, the Complaints Officer and Operations Manager. After we receive your complaint, we will send you a written acknowledgement within 7 calendar days and the final answer not later than 15 calendar days.
The letter will contain details of our Complaints Procedure and of your right to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman in the UK and the right to use an out-of-court settlement of disputes and bring the claim to the Bank of Lithuania if you are dissatisfied with our assessment and ruling. It will also state who within Opal Transfer is dealing with the complaint and how to contact them.

If you want to send to countries outside the EU, you should follow these easy steps:
Transfer the necessary amount to Opal Transfer bank account
Enter your name in the payment reference field
Call our customer service team on +44 20 7976 5445 and one of our advisors will complete your money transfer for you, in the language you prefer
If you want to transfer money from the UK to countries outside EU with the Unique Transfer Code, it’s absolutely fine. We may ask you some extra documents, such as: a certified copy* of your personal ID or passport, fill in the compliance form and provide the source of funds and proof of occupation.
* A certified copy is a document approved by the appropriate person (e.g. an independent professional person, solicitor, a family doctor, an accountant, civil servant, notary or officer of HM armed forces).
Important: Opal Transfer reserves the right to request extra documentation, according to the law. These documents may vary for payments initiated from outside the UK or where payment destination country is outside the EEA.
